Position Summary

 

Our Nestlé Product Technology Centre Dairy (NPTC) in Konolfingen, CH, develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging to support growth and profitability of our Dairy business via a consumer centric approach. It ensures scientific, technological and manufacturing excellence through the development of the right competences.

 

Embedded in the Dairy Science & Technology department and located in our Dairy hub in Orbe, we are looking for a passionate & inspirational leader to drive the implementation of our Nutrition, Health, and Wellness ambition within Nestlé Dairy, across the different sites globally.

A day in the life of a Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Leader

 

  • Drive the implementation of our NHW strategy, roadmaps & nutritional targets for Nestlé’s Dairy business
  • Lead and develop a team of about 5 Dairy R&D nutritionists located in different sites globally
  • In close collaboration with the NHW function in Dairy’s Global Strategic Business Unit, contribute to the definition of NHW strategies
  • Lead nutritional portfolio analysis and drive nutrition knowledge application, track the implementation of NHW commitments and report to senior management stakeholders
  • Lead priority projects in the field of expertise
  • Ensure category specific nutrition training and knowledge transfer to R&D & market nutritionists globally
     
What will make you successful

 

  • University degree, ideally PhD, in Nutrition/Dietetics or in the food science field with nutrition specialization
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in applied nutrition, ideally with people management experience
  • Experience in the food industry and /or in a public health nutrition organization is an asset
  • Food science knowledge in the business/ food category of expertise and/or regulatory understanding is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with various partners, such as business stakeholders, senior management, scientists, product developers, nutritionists, etc.
  • Affinity to work with tracking and recipe management tools
