Position Summary
The Nestlé Product Technology Centre Coffee (NPTC Coffee) is the leading R&D organization that discover, develop and deploy coffee and beverage products and technologies for in-home and out-of-home consumption. It consists of units in Konolfingen (CH), Marysville (USA), Orbe (CH) and Singapore and provide new products and processes to all Nestlé markets worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic Packaging Intern to join our team, responsible for coordinating technical and analytical activities related to packaging development. You will provide support to key development packaging projects, which is aimed at helping Nestlé achieve its sustainability goals in terms of greenhouse gas emissions reduction and virgin plastic usage. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with creative thinking in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

A Day in the Life of a Packaging Intern
- Act as first point of contact for all technical & analytical-related activities, coordinate the project managers requests and assist them in various activities, such as laboratory work and pilot line trials
- Assist in the development of new materials packaging projects
- Contribute to the launch of improved versions of our packaging
What will make you successful
- Student and fresh graduate in a Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Packaging or related fields
- Proactive, agile, independent, and service-oriented
- Highly adaptable, ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively within a team
- Good communication skills and driven with sustainability awareness
- Fluent in English and basics of French
