As a R&D Specialist - System Development at Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages, your mission is to develop and industrialize innovative beverage systems from idea to launch. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with project teams, technical experts, business partners, suppliers and external development partners. How you’ll make an impact as a R&D Specialist - System Development

• Leading the development and industrialization of innovative beverage systems that meet quality, timing and cost expectations.
• Driving technical trials, validation testing and data interpretation to turn concepts into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Building strong technical documentation, test traceability and laboratory methods that support robust decision making.
• Delivering hands-on technical guidance, root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve system performance.
• Connecting internal teams and external partners to accelerate collaboration across research, development and industrialization.
• Exploring new technologies and competitive insights to strengthen future beverage system innovation.
  
  

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong expertise in product development, system development and industrialization for engineered consumer products.
• Applying deep knowledge of beverage dispensing systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, prototyping and machine production methods.
• Using problem-solving, data analysis, quality and testing methods to improve system safety, reliability and performance.
• Collaborating confidently with technical experts, project teams, suppliers and external partners in complex development environments.
• Communicating fluently in English while conveying complex technical messages in a simple and engaging way for diverse audiences; French and/or German is a plus.
