This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and make a difference at scale.

How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Quality Specialist

  • Building robust validation plans and quality sign-offs that align partners, strengthen decisions and reduce risks before launch.
  • Ensuring food safety, product compliance and quality standards are embedded into development, manufacturing and supplier activities.
  • Providing technical expertise to factories and consumer service teams so quality issues are resolved effectively and improvements are sustained.
  • Sharing lessons learned, tools and expertise across sites to grow quality capabilities and support continuous improvement.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing strong quality, manufacturing, research and development, and beverage systems expertise to complex innovation projects, ideally supported by a degree or equivalent qualification in science, chemistry or packaging.
  • Applying food safety, hazard analysis, product compliance, good manufacturing practices, verification and audit knowledge with confidence, with a certificate or master’s in regulatory affairs or chemistry considered an advantage.
  • Using problem-solving, change management and continuous improvement skills to protect consumers and improve quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating across functions, sites and external partners with clear communication, coaching skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Communicating fluently in English.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
