As a Site E&A Team Manager at Nestlé, your mission is to lead electrical, automation, and instrumentation engineering to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable pilot plant trials and innovation at our Product & Technology Center in Orbe. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with project engineers and project managers, pilot plant teams, engineering specialists, quality and safety teams, factories, and external partners. How you’ll make an impact as a Site E&A Team Manager

 

  • Leading the electrical, automation, and instrumentation project portfolio to accelerate innovation and trials in a pilot plant environment.
  • Driving scope, cost, and resource planning to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Building reliable and compliant electrical and automation systems that enable successful pilot trials and reduce technical risk.
  • Developing, testing, and validating sustainable engineering solutions and prototype equipment ready for first deployment in factories.
  • Strengthening Safety & Quality standards and continuous improvement by capturing learnings from trials, commissioning, and post-deployment feedback.
  • Developing and coaching a high-performing E&A team while creating strong cross-site partnerships and supplier collaboration.

  • Applying electrical engineering, automation, and instrumentation expertise to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable solutions.
  • Leading multidisciplinary projects from concept to commissioning, translating innovation needs into robust pilot plant and factory-ready designs.
  • Using structured problem solving and continuous improvement to strengthen Safety and Quality standards, maintenance performance, and system reliability.
  • Coaching and developing others through clear prioritization, constructive feedback, and inclusive collaboration.
  • Working confidently in English (fluent), with French (working proficiency) as a strong advantage for collaboration on site.
