Position Summary 

 

As a UX Design Intern, you will be part of the System components & Connectivity team, supporting the definition and implementation of novel user experiences for coffee machines. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in testing and refining expectation based on feedback from users and business.

Having experience in visual communication, video editing, and communication strategy will be a plus, as it will enable you to promote the department's achievements across the internal network of experts.

A Day in the Life of a UX Design Intern

 

  • Support the definition of interfaces by translating complex information into simple visuals
  • Identify user needs, define personas and user profile according to business brief
  • Generate user journeys according to use cases
  • Document test results and provide feedback to help optimize designs
  • Collaborate with the System Component team to improve validation cycles, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in UX, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
  • Enthusiasm for user centric experience and willing to learn in a hands-on environment
  • Basic knowledge of 3D CAD and UX tools such as Figma is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and the ability to document technical results clearly
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of communication technics and proven presentation skills
  • Experience and example of previous project delivery is a plus
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
