Nestlé Burkina Faso is currently looking for a Human Resources Services Specialist who will deliver local HR services within the defined Service Level Agreement- SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy, and compliance). The individual will act as the customer facing representative for the administrative activities and support other HR functions (Human resource business partner - HRBP), Employee Relations) in the Satellite countries concerned.

  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Local HR Service Delivery

  • Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLA’s in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes.
  • Provide timely information to HRBPs, CoC, COS and Line Managers as appropriate.
  • Partner with the respective CoCs and HRBPs to ensure operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deliver specific process steps that require physical presence (e.g. paper filing, document stamping, etc.).
  • Deliver specific process steps related to non-fully connected employees (e.g. personal data update).

 

E2E Service Delivery

  • Work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient  execution of local activities.
  • Works closely with HRBP's, CoCs, COS  and Line Managers  to ensure a high level of E2E services.
  • Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. PY, TM, Benefits, Social security, tax).
  • Ensure effective post payroll activities.

 

Implementation of Policies and Practices

  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are updated and applied, understood and followed with a customer centric mindset.
  • Assist in implementation and communication and continuously improve HR processes and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.

 

HRBP and Line Manager support.

  • Have a general knowledge about the E2E HR processes (ELC, CSO, E&G, M&E), acting as local support to HRBPs, Line Managers and employees.
  • Act as the bridge between the COS and the Market, ensuring that the processes run efficiently E2E.
  • Be the relay in terms of communication and administrative tasks for HRBP and face to face communication with employees.

 

Employee Relation support.

  • Be the physical contact and ensure execution of social activities and employee relation activities across satellite countries (Togo, Benin, Mali, Niger, etc.).
  • Work closely with employee relation manager to ensure compliance in HR activity and physical relationship with local authorities.
  • Be the physical contact with local staff representative.

 

Customer Experience and continuous improvement.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee issues and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide a high quality first level customer experience for various employees’ requests.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them.

 

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing data to support HR decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (i.e. manpower, contingent employees costs, outstanding leaves, overtime reports, pension funds ...)
  • Prepare the yearly headcount budget and any related simulation in collaboration with Finance Controllers.

 

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Management:

  • Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Collaborate with IT and COS to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements and configurations.
  • Assist in project team and project launches related to HR systems and tools.

 

HR Compliance and Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide supporting data for external compliance reports and forms (to labor and social security authorities).

 

 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • University Degree Level in human resources.
  • 3 -4 years’ experience in human resources or similar role.
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with Payroll systems - SAP, SAGE etc.
  • Proficiency in English and French is desirable.
  • Great Team Lead / Member.
  • Result Oriented / Proactive.
