We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to ensure full implementation of Plant-Based Meals Solutions (PBMS) field sales & business development plans in all Retail & Key Customers/Channel to achieve targets and deliver sustainable channel growth within his/her territory.          

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for PBMS dealer's input & thruput sales performance within his/her territory, selling accordingly to retail customers, meeting sales targets and market share objectives
  • Accountable for PBMS business development
  • Leading Dealer Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices
  • Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer relationship
  • Gather insights & information market intelligence

What will make you successful

  • Minimum diploma in any related discipline, ( SPM qualification for sales reps with min 5 years experience ).
  •  2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
  •  Demonstrated ability to lead people
  •  Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  •  Had experience in managing Field Sales team
