As Data Analyst for the market, you’ll drive data-driven strategic to be given to be business unit/category to drive significant business value from analytics into actionable steps. You’ll be the local analytics expert for data activation through brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.
A day in the life of...
- Providing and presenting strategic data-driven recommendations across channels to improve business decision-making and ROI
- Building effective marketing strategies with other internal stakeholders such as brands and marketing services unit which includes media and consumer insight to optimize media efficient & effective across consumer journey.
- Work closely with global team on the enhancement of dashboard & insights reports (include data visualization) by integration both Global & Local data source.
- Serving as internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement
- Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnership, etc.
- Fostering creative thinking around how we use data, and we could use data to solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce).
What will make you successful
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company
- Have experience working in FMCG business will be a plus point
- Experience managing stakeholders across function
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that able to translate data into actionable insight to drive business value
- Experience with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
- Have knowledge & foundation for online & offline media KPIs.
- Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
