We are looking for a B2B Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for the growth of Nespresso Professional Business Solutions by creating new business (machines and coffee volume) at the assigned territories and channel.

A day in the life of...

  • Execute all Sales Support administrative tasks
  • Maintain and perform hypercare on customer database
  • Manage Stock and inventory management for trials/ events/ demonstration & sampling
  • Support B2B new initiatives, enhanced service level and customer care
  • Follow-up on invoices and dispute payment with customer
  • Monitoring and control of all B2B sales activities with tracking files
  • Contact point for general administrative

What will make you successful

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment or Field Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to different situations
  • Proven ability to multitask
