We are looking for a Brand Executive to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results through active planning and implementation of initiatives to grow market share and category for the assigned category portfolio.

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs competition.
  • Contribute in the development of marketing plans in the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities(incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) and developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives.
  • Responsible for creating engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touch points including consumer promotions.
  • Contribute ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the brand image.
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy by having regular field visits, consumer immersion and social listening to gather all information and knowledge that will be used as inputs in developing the next strategy.

What will make you successful

  • 2-3 years of experience and strong functional skill in consumer and/or brand marketing.
  • Brand Marketing experience with success record in building brands based on consumer insights
