We are looking for a Compliance & Privacy Executive to provide strong support to the Legal & Compliance Counsel in compliance focus areas (particularly Anti-Corruption and Data Privacy law areas) as wel as implement policies and processes for Data Privacy in the company.
 

A day in the life of...

•    Provide support to execute the Compliance Programme of Nestle.
•    Manage and update the SPEAK UP Case Management System (CMS).
•    Provide support to Legal and Compliance Counsel to implement the Adequate Procedures Guidelines and provide basic legal advice on the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and Nestle’s anti-corruption policies and guidelines
•    Provide basic legal advice on the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Nestle’s data privacy policies and guidelines.
•    Provide legal support and service to Purina Petcare Business Unit.
•    Tenancy Agreement Management.
•    Master Distributorship and Services Agreement.
•    Provide update on active litigation case on Global Litigation Reporting to Centre.
•    Implement digital tools such as Legal Chatbot, DocuSign, Ariba Contract Management (Filing).

What will make you successful

•    Bachelor of Law (LLB) graduate with 1-2 years working experience. 
•    Background knowledge on personal data and basic contractual law.
