We are looking for a content specialist to lead the end-to-end process of Content Studio and other creative workflow and tools within the organization.

A day in the life of...

  • Leads the end-to-end process of Content Studio and other creative workflow and tools within the organization from project kick-off until normal operations are in place
  • Schedules and oversees brand onboarding processes
  • Provides brand teams with visibility on Content Studios within Nestlé, sharing best practice and learnings across the company
  • Oversees all content created and delivered to brands by the Content Studio
  • Ensures the content executed is as per brand content strategy and is in line with brand guidelines and BBNW fundamentals
  • Creates processes and workflows tailored for brand/category needs and realities
  • Reinforces and makes sure scopes are respected according to Nestlé content typology framework
  • Responsible for providing Content Studio team with necessary, up-to-date digital training with our partners
  • Identifies new content opportunities, exploring ways to repurpose existing content
  • Participates in the construction of eBusiness strategy for brands acting as a digital consultant for other areas/categories when needed

What will make you successful

  • 3-5 years of experience in social and content strategy & production skills.
  • Have experience working in FMCG business or any advertising agency will be a plus point
  • Experience managing stakeholders both internal (cross-functional) and external (agency) with the agility & able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Have a strong skillset in project management and able to communicate effectively to deliver effective content within short timeframe.
  • Strong creative and artistic instinct to provide guidance in developing impactful content to drive marketing objectives.
  • Have a strong passion for impactful content especially for digital and social environment.
