We are looking for a Credit Management Executive (Singapore Market) to assist in the Credit Management and Control process for the company. Involved in risk management for credit risks and exposure in accordance to agreed Trading Terms and Conditions. Participate in developing and fine tuning the company's Credit Policy and involved in all financial control aspects on Credit Management. Assist in continuous improvements projects in the current processes and the development of new initiatives to achieve improvements in Accounts Receivables and working capital. 

 
A day in the life of Credit Management Executive...

  • Customer registration - understanding the process, check and validate the completeness of credit management information with supporting documents and its approval
  • Customer assessment - coordinate for credit rating report from appointed credit rating agency and perform credit risk evaluation based on credit risk assessment methodology
  • Understands the T&C of the businesses in Nestle and the credit periods established and the impact to sales performance
  • Responsible in managing and releasing of blocked sales orders in SAP and its approval
  • Drive reduction and improvement process in aging Customer line items
  • Perform regular review of Credit info for trade customers and obtaining approval on changes to credit info, when necessary and maintenance of collateral documents
  • Perform review and coordinate approval of Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) requests
  • Assist in the dunning follow up process to customers
  • Involved in monthly Credit committee meetings and weekly/ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders
  • Assesment and performing provision/write off for bad debts, when necessary
  • Assist in establishing and reviewing Credit policies and procedures
  • Involved in Credit Management process improvement for continuous efficiency
  • Manage other Credit management related queries/concerns/projects

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
