We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to be part of our exciting team. In this position, you are responsible for a wide range of strategic and tactical conversion marketing initiatives to drive sales, and the overall growth of business.

A day in the life of...

  • Acquisition: Drive targeted audiences to Nespresso channels to acquire new members in a cost efficient way (Sales)
  • Agency Management: Manage performance media agency to develop, implement, monitor strategies to drive new acquisition on all channels (SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Retargeting, Affiliates)
  • Performance-led Planning: Work with Brand team to ensure integrated approach to overall media investment, maximizing brand awareness and campaign visibility in the online domain with right channels and media mix
  • Audience Management: Lead audience targeting and segmentation strategy across key channels (Social, Programmatic, Search) and across the funnel from Awareness to Purchase.
  • Measurement: Track and maintain performance framework and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of digital media and gather insights continuously to build best-in-class practices. Work with Analyst to build reports and provide analysis to give stakeholders a clear view on the media channel performance and ROI's 
  • Technology, Infrastructure: Lead overall martech/adtech matters (Tagging, Tech Stack, DSP testing) with HQ. Identifying new opportunities/partners to drive business objectives with a test-and-learn approach. Build relationships with key business partners (Facebook/Google)

What will make you successful

  • Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years experience in in performance media or direct response marketing
  • Expertise in Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Paid & Organic Search
  • Strong focus on customer acquisition and managing performance marketing channels
  • Hands on experience of media tracking & web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Brightedge and the general technical landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on a timely-basis
