Position Summary

As a Food Business Manager, we are looking for an individual who would be able to develop the overall NP MYSG food business plan via strong commercial strategy, ensuring flawless execution along the value chain to drive long term sustainable profitable growth. 

 

A day in the life of a Food Business Manager

  • Strategy & Execution - Formulate, implement, and review the commercial strategy to strengthen NP's position in the OOH food industry.
  • Drive the growth for Food via Savory and Dessert Solutions as well as perfecting the Services pillar (e.g., C2C, Training) to build customer value.
  • Innovation & Renovation - Crafting the I&R pipeline for Food to meet the needs of the operator profiles by key channels and enlisting development via Application Groups, R&D and external suppliers where relevant.
  • Champion key projects for NP - Zone AOA.
  • Winning with Customers:  Building customer value via communication and services pillar (including NHW where relevant to operators).
  • Drive offtake in key strategic food channels via relevant and effective marketing activities.
  • Champion MAGGI® Local Brand Board in synergy with Retail Food.
  • People Development:  Build up talent for brand / commercial management in the Food business in MYSG.
  • Ensure strong work values and discipline and alignment to deliver high performance.  

 

What will make you successful?

  • An experience in Marketing or Sales especially in Food Services industry.
  • Regional work experience would be ideal.
  • A Business degree or equivalent with at least 8+ years’
  • Experience leadership skills as well as good stakeholder management.
