Position Summary

As a Key Account Executive, you are to ensure achievement and continual growth in retail sales channel’s sales and profit objectives through effective sales management and accounts development. Developing distributor and key account team capability for 5Ps execution. Grow category in key account and manage account.

 

A day in the life of a Key Account Executive

  • Develop and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for all assigned key accounts to achieve sales and market share objectives.
  • Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
  • Establish the short- and medium-term sales & distribution strategies and objectives for the channel.
  • Work with the Head of FSO’s sales force in developing and implementing trade channel / account plans in support of the distribution and trade sales strategies.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns and the establishment of distribution priorities.
  • Monitor the monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved.
  • Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
  • Be the 'Customer Expert' to influence the overall direction by having strong understanding of the customer, meanwhile building cross functional contact strategy and relationship within the customer.

 

What will make you successful

  • Minimum Degree in any related course or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years in strategic development of marketing and sales projects
  • Preferably with good knowledge on retail business.
  • Experience with Trade Marketing background will be an added advantage.
  • Can lead a sales operation team & understand all key sales functions and must be a result oriented.
