We are looking for a MRP/DPS Planning Executive to build production plans respecting the agreed level of available capacity by issuing subcon PO to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost and provide consistently short term finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/ labour) and materials i.e. inbound materials management.

 


A day in the life of...
 

  • Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) ensures raw & packaging material and inter factory/market supply available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials, inter factory/market supply from respective factories, aligning with contract manufacturers for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.
  • Inventory Management (raw, packaging materials including inter factory/market supply, returnable materials and CHEP pallets): Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location.
  • Ensure accuracy of Nestle and Co-Manufacturers' inventory control systems i.e. inventory between Nestle SAP system versus physical stocks at Co-Manufacturers are accurate and tally.
  • Participate Co-Manufacturers' scheduled inventory stock check activities.
  • Aging stocks for raw (including inter factory/market supply) & packaging materials, monitor remaining shelf-life of these materials and ensure no expired stocks being consumed for production at Co-Manufacturers.
  • Raise subcon PO according to production plan and ensure GR as according to quantity produced by Co-Manufacturers. Coordinate between Nestle factories and Co-Manufacturer to ensure Materials availability.
  • Ensure a feasible production plan established by Co-Man that is within the DPS period which takes into consideration available capacity available labour available materials that respects the product family sequencing as determined by the MPS planner and best optimizes the factory's ability to produce the SKUs within the families.
  • Coordinate between Nestle factories and Co-Manufacturer to ensure Materials availability
  • Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints
  • Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information - Highlighting all supply issues - Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs.
  • Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable In accordance with the Business Planning process

 

What Will Make You Successful

 

  • Have two or more years of relevant operational experience at market / business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas of Manufacturing Function Planning Function (i.e., MPS, DRP and MRP)
  • Had experienced in Product lifecycle process and factory master data management.
  • Have valid driving license.
