We are looking for a Procurement Performance Acceleration Executive to establish and manage Innovation intranet and actively feed chatter according to all company principles and policies.             

A day in the life of...

1. Responsible to develop and establish innovation intranet site in terms of appearance, functionality and user-friendliness.
2. Manage Innovation intranet by constant updates and active feed of chatter to trigger active exchange.
3. Establish pilot project with DAT for use of Radiant 6 and other tools to follow trends.
4. Responsible for organization of innovating days (DONI), i.e. prepare briefing of employees, collection of ideas, review of idea with relevant stakeholders, organization of agenda, logistics and material, post evaluation of DONI for improvement in next cycle.                                                         
5. Responsible to prepare nomination for Innovation Awards, i.e. regular Power Awards and yearly Star Innovation Award, jointly with Cooperate Affairs and timely write-ups (Intranet, The Edge)               
6. Support Innovation Acceleration Manager in project work.
7. Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.                                                        

What Will Make You Successful,

• Degree in Marketing/Sales
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field;
• Good communication, team-work skills, attention to detail.
