We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to act as specialist on programmatic, creating audiences and segmentations for key targets, leveraging the power of data in our communications as a competitive advantage.  Leveraging analytics to power optimization for data driven and predictive marketing.

A day in the life of...

Leverage data strategy in building key audiences and segmentation to implement Personalized Communication Experience at scale as a competitive advantage for the company

  • Collaborate within team and inter departments to assure the rich data strategy implementation in omnichannel media (own and paid) including SEM, e-retail, social media, display, video, etc) 
  • Audiences created with Category and NIM relevance
  • 1st party data generation with media partnerships and activations.
  • Successful business case generation, with scalable learnings, documenting for knowledge transfer. 
  • Evolution of the ecosystem in cookie less future to keep activating 1st party data on future Ecosystem                     
     

What will make you successful

Key Experiences 

  • Min 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing teams or Digital Media within media agency or client. Performance Business expertise valuable.
  • Knowledge and experience working with DMP's (Salesforce DMP as focus , or Adobe Audience Manager, Bluekai, Weborama, Eulerian,..).  
  • Experience in Tag management systems (GTM, DTM, Tealium IQ). 
  • Knowledge in Programmatic Buying (DSP's), adservers (DCM, Sizmeck), within the Ad Tech ecosystem. 
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics. 
  • Valuable additional Digital background. 
    • Knowledge of main DSP Mediamath, DBM,Adform,Appnexus. 
    • Experience using Adservers for optimizing Adform, Weborama, Doubleclick,Sizmek 
    • Wide experience in Measurement and tracking.  Strong knowledge in Analytics and hands on Google Ecosystem.


Key requirement – soft skill

  • As role requires collaboration with multiple internal and external parties, soft skill is a strong requirement in order to challenge, motivate and influence other stakeholders to effectively drive results.
