We are looking for a Sales Analyst to analyze respective category, channels, regions and customers sales performances, understand the trends, identify opportunities and risk to achieve the business KPIs.

A day in the life of...

•    Responsible for analyzing respective category, channels, regions and customers sales performances, understand the trends, identify opportunities and risk to achieve the business KPIs.
•    Responsible for preparing NP Sales team monthly and quarterly sales incentive payout, conduct analysis to monitor effectiveness of the incentive scheme.
•    Responsible for promotions utilization reports to support CCSD team. Monitor utilization and effectiveness of the funding.
•    Conduct relevant analysis and monitor performance at region, by channel and category to ensure all the deliverable is well control within Nestle guidelines.
•    Monitor each gap called out from NP Audit and highlight the progress and concern area.
•    Provide all the relevant Sales Support to NSM, RSMs, Head of Channel Sales & KAM, if needed e.g., preparing presentation material.
 

What will make you successful

•    Diploma Holder with 2 years Commercial Experience (Preferred).
•    Experience in Market Research & Analyst.
•    Basic knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
•    Knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning process.
•    Basic knowledge of Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles, NiM Function
•    Knowledge of Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/Shopper trends and research and market data sourcing.
•    Knowledge in IT/IS system & processes (inclusive BO / Power bi).
