We are looking for a Shopper Activation Executive to develop and support the implementation of in store solutions (including POSM and display solutions) for Categories/ Sub Categories by channels and customers to deliver best in class in store communication.

 

A day in the life of a Shopper Activation Executive

  • Responsible for developing POS solutions/materials in line with the in-store vision of success (Perfect Store) for the Category/ sub Category in each channel & customer by adapting Key Visual with shopper perspective.
  • Responsible for ensuring all in-store materials are tested before implementation which includes color proofing & quality control. Continously seek to improve in-store visibility for Nestle categories and brands.
  • Responsible for proposing effective display of key focused SKU for Key Monthly Activities.
  • Responsible for proposing customized display solutions based on sales & category initiatives.
  • Responsible for conducting post evaluation of the shelf management activities and Point of Sale materials/ solutions. To conduct shopper observation on the effectiveness of the POSM & in-store display solution.
  • Responsible for monitoring competitor activities, trends in display solutions and communicate impact or opportunities to the Marketing, CDT and Customer team.
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment with brand strategy when designing POSM/ display solution and consistent execution across all trade channels via POSM Design Brief.
  • Responsible for annual budget planning of POS solutions/material by Category during ICP, and ensuring continous tracking of actualized spend vs target.
  • Responsible for optimizing POSM/ display solutions budget for the category and collaborate effectively with procurement for beGTer cost vendor sourcing.
  • Responsible for recommending & developing effective POS solutions/materials using insights through collaborations with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing and coaching direct reports, ensuring PDP discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programmes and succession plans as appropriate
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles, policies, trade terms, safety and local regulations.

 

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • With 5 years experience in Generating Demand (Trade Marketing or Brand management or Sales or Communication).
  • Demonstrable record of success in implementing shopper understanding into in-store activation.
