We are looking for a Space Planning Executive to drive shopper centricity among Commercial teams by enabling Shopper Engagement and Conversion on-shelf to derive Competitive Advantage within the Category that can be used to drive Channel and Customer Relationships.

 

A day in the life of a Space Planning Executive

  • Responsible to develop and cascade Nestle prescribed category picture of success for the homeshelf via the Merchandising Toolkit
  • Responsible to develop capability of Sales teams on Merchandising Best Practice Guidelines (WIES)​ along with Category Adjacency and Optimal Store Layout
  • Responsible to advise on NPD placement on-shelf by developing planogram based on shopper understanding and organising shelf test to gather feedback from Sales team
  • Responsible to advise on opportunity identification for planogram improvement in key accounts and recommending in-store best practices for developing and emerging channels​
  • Responsible to propose and justify planogram improvements/revamp for NCM accounts based on shopper decision hierarchy (including for JBP and Business Review purpose)
  • Responsible to propose improved store layouts for Region customers within LS and GT (Perfect Store)
  • Responsible to update WIES Scorecard Criteria based on latest market shares and prioritised display solutions in-store
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.

 

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • With minimum 2 years working experience in the FMCG industry and comfortable to work with data, preferably with Space Planning experience
  • Proficiency with Spaceman software is an added advantage
