We are looking for a Temporary Sales Admin to support our Commercial team by ensuring smooth sales operations through reporting, sales administration, CRM coordination and business support. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional stakeholders to deliver timely insights and operational excellence.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Admin
- Prepare and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards and business insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Support CRM (SAP C4C) lead management by assigning leads, maintaining user access and coordinating system enhancements.
- Coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), contract administration and budget tracking.
- Process Goods Receipts (GR), monitor invoices and support month-end financial closing activities.
- Administer monthly sales incentive calculations, validations and approval processes.
- Support Power BI reporting through data extraction, dashboard maintenance and user support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and regional teams to support business projects and process improvements.
- Provide administrative and operational support for commercial initiatives, business reviews and sales events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Business Support or Commercial Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP C4C, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
