We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to be responsible for the growth of modern & traditional trade channel (or both channels) and is also responsible for developing the total national promotions plan and trade programs for all key accounts and trade channels.
A day in the life of a Trade Marketing Executive
- Implement and execute trade and channels activities to achieve brand and sales objectives within budget allocated.
- Conduct post analysis for all BTL activities, ROI justification on all promotional activities.
- Responsible for recommending actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behaviour within the Category/ sub Category. Drives implementation of in-store solutions and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
- Plan, source, and track premiums and promotional packs (ECPs & NCPs).
- Collaborate with Trade Operation team to provide training to the merchandisers & product advisors.
- Maintain close professional relationship with Key Distributors, Vendors , Key Account Managers, Promotion Agencies, Brand and Sales Team.
- Design, Fabricate & Manage the usage of POSM and ensures that all planned secondary displays are executed. - Responsible for the planning, development, implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Monthly Trade Promotions Report- Quarterly Performance Review Report ( Internal & External, i.e. Promotion Agencies , Vendors …etc )
- Responsible for monitoring promotional trends, initiatives and competitor activities.
- Communicate effectively the merchandising and display policy of Wyeth range of products to the distributor. Priority given to the development and implementation of display and hygiene standards.
- Ensure Agencies or vendors effective support the channels through promotion and general sales support.
- Identify and recommend promotional opportunities for Nestlé categories and Brands.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
- 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Had experience in managing Field Sales team.
