We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to be responsible for the growth of both modern & traditional trade channel. Also responsible for developing the total national promotions plan and trade programs for all key accounts and trade channels.

A day in the life of...

•    Managing the channel marketing budget, taking responsibility for reports and supplier recharging. 
•    Implement and execute trade and channels activities to achieve brand and sales objectives within budget allocated.
•    Conducting post analysis for all BTL activities, ROI justification on all promotional activities.
•    Responsible for the planning, development, implementation of the marketing strategy.
•    Managing the usage of POSM and ensures that all planned secondary displays are executed.
•    Conducting trade market visit & market survey regularly.
•    Monitoring competitors’ activities and implement tactical counter measure campaigns as needed.
•    Compiling and ensuring information accuracy of monthly Sales Bulletin before dispatching to sales force.
•    Ensuring Agencies or vendors effective support the channels through promotion and general sales support.
•    Collaborate with Category Management team to provide training to the merchandisers & product advisors. 
•    Effectively communicating the merchandising and display policy of Wyeth range of products to the distributor. Priority given to the development and implementation of display and hygiene standards.
•    Maintaining close professional relationship with Distributor, Vendors, IKA , Promotion Agencies, Marketing and Sales.
•    Continues improvement on customers’ compliance to further enhance the company’s ranking within the industry.
•    Monthly Trade Promotions Report
•    Monthly CODB Accrual Report
•    Weekly promotion report assessments
•    Weekly assessment of Cognos/ Powerplay report
•    Trade Marketing Plan
•    Quarterly Performance Review Report (Internal & External, i.e. Promotion Agencies, Vendors …etc)

What will make you successful

•    2-3 years of experience in FMCG. Modern & Traditional Trade background will be an advantage. 
•    Has both sales operations & planning experience.
