We Are Looking For a Passionate Developer who has proven experience collaborating within a team with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript and JS framework experience is a must (e.g. React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js...). Experience of eCommerce platforms and product management is an asset.

A day in the life of...

•    The eCommerce Front-End Developer is responsible to identify coordinate and address untapped opportunities in the end-to-end customer journey by translating commercial & communications objectives into all digital touch point through the creative use of technology and user experience principles.
•    Nourish the operations roadmap in collaboration with the eCommerce manager to define digital vision, objectives & strategy. 
•    That is including defining and executing a high impact AB testing and personalization roadmap with the primary focus to provide coherent decision support, project & ROI validation, and valuable insight into what drives conversion and customer satisfaction improvements on the market's eCommerce channels.  
•    Contribute to the definition of global campaigns & permanent content, development & execution of landing pages and advance merchandisng on existing pages to increase qualified visits, acquisition, conversion, retention and ensure quality & timely execution of digital content to end consumers.
•    Leverage understanding of web design principles, technical capabilities and operational processes to develop and drive website strategies to increase conversion, improve customer experience & load time optimization.
•    Coordinate and manage delivery of digital projects, leveraging & supporting internal & external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets while aligning closely with technical & brand guidelines.
 

What will make you successful

•    Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field
•    3 - 5 years’ experience in front-end developing
•    Advanced knowledge of a JS framework a must (eg React.js, Vue.js, Angluar.js...)
•    Advanced understanding of User Experience/Usability
•    Working knowledge with testing/personalization platforms (ie. Google Optimize)
•    Experience in content management and template development
•    Able to translate technical specifications into commercial opportunities and vice-versa
