Position Summary

Provide high quality, customer focused support for Information Technology services in order to ensure smooth operations.

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day first level support for assigned area of responsibility within the Information Technology Team. Work closely with Corporate IT, GLOBE Center and local business partners to ensure smooth IT services
  • Engage with the Site End Users in a proactive manner to provide effective service and attain customer satisfaction.
  • Information Security coordination role such as ensuring compliance to GLOBE and Audit guidelines and reporting/assessing information security violations. 
  • Ensure Service Desk Analyst is kept informed of proactive service unavailability and informed of a major crisis. Assist with co-ordination of major incidents.
  • Assist the implementation of GLOBE IT initiatives for sustained IT infrastructure in line with GLOBE guidelines and recommendations
  • Keep IT Manager Pakistan informed regarding the health of GLOBE IT support operations and initiatives in progress. Report periodically the progress of GLOBE Information Technology support operations and projects to the IT Manager Pakistan.
  • Keep a close liaison with IT Manager and team regarding progress of initiatives, projects & support operation.
  • Project coordination for relevant GLOBE initiatives, ensuring proper documentation as per GLOBE guidelines.
  • Assist Corporate IT / FAS teams for the improvement and implementation of relevant measures for the Site
