Position Summary:

The Sr. Analyst Finance Co-Pilot- Business provides accurate and timely financial information and analyses, making recommendations for profitable business growth and optimizing product portfolios. This role supports the Finance Manager in streamlining processes and implementing best practices. Responsibilities include strategizing with Garden of Life and Solgar teams, optimizing gross to net, managing marketing spend, coordinating month-end close and dynamic forecasting, and providing insightful financial analysis across business functions. The ideal candidate is results-focused, proactive, independent, and driven to make a difference.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, and/or within the Long Island, New York areas. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage full P&L budget through interactions with sales and marketing teams, including reviewing funds, forecasting accuracy, validating budget changes, and pricing analysis 
• Support & ensure accurate monthly P&L forecasts through active participation in the monthly business planning meetings, trade, and inputting forecasts into FIT Tool for reporting 
• Ensure P&L financial integrity during Period End Close (PEC) processes, perform variance analysis, create financial reports, and assist in creating presentations to support business needs 
• Support product innovation/renovation projects by working on P&L scenarios
• Handle ad hoc requests and continually evaluate and improve processes and reporting practices 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required, MBA a plus !
• 3+ years’ experience in Finance Management &/or Accounting 
• Excellent Excel skills 
• Experience using Oracle & SAP systems 
• Understanding of cost accounting and activity-based costing 
• Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills 
• Ability to understand and communicate the drivers of product profit and loss 
• Background in consumer products, manufacturing environment a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
