Position summary
As a Capex Trading Coordinator, you will manage above the market Buy & Sell operations for Technical Equipment and Services orders for Nestlé Affiliates worldwide by ensuring on-time and on-budget orders, with first class logistic solutions, documentation, and stakeholder management.

A day in the life of a Capex Trading Coordinator:
- Manage Technical Equipment orders (up to 10mio CHF) from procure-to-pay to order-to-cash, including the full logistics execution on behalf of the Nestlé Factories.
- Act as the key link between suppliers, transport partners, and internal customers, ensuring smooth communication and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Provide tailored transport solutions that meet each project’s unique requirements.
- Ensure proper follow-up of all accounting elements and establish readiness for contract closing.
- Track delivery dates agreed with suppliers, ensuring proper Value Invoice Forecast.
- Be the go‑to expert for export shipping documentation, related compliance requirements, and risk management—including letters of credit.
- Ensure adherence to compliance principles and ways of working both for suppliers and customers.
- Ensure sustainable Customer Service Operations with a best-in-class service level.
- Monitor every stage of the order process, that impacts logistics, to ensure accurate and timely processing, including physical goods collection, quality controls (when needed), export/import documentation and billing, as per local regulations.
What makes you successful:
- Proven experience in international trade, ideally gained within a global organization.
- Strong understanding of logistics and CAPEX processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, enabling clear, effective interactions across diverse teams and cultures.
- Track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are considered a plus.
