As a Commodities Middle Office Analyst at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to strengthen the accuracy, transparency and control of commodity hedging activities while supporting compliant financial reporting and effective risk management. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Risk and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Treasury, Controlling, Accounting and business teams. How you’ll make an impact as a Commodities Middle Office Analyst

Performing daily trade and cash reconciliations to help ensure commodity derivative transactions are accurate, complete and controlled.
Monitoring trading positions against approved limits and hedging requirements to support timely decisions and reduce operational risk.
Delivering clear trade position reporting, margin insights and cash movement analysis to keep teams informed and compliant.
Preparing mark-to-market, profit and loss, and hedge effectiveness reporting to support transparent financial performance visibility.
Collaborating across procurement, finance and business teams to turn data into practical insights that strengthen the commodity value chain.
Improving documentation, controls and ways of working to simplify processes, support audit readiness and enable more efficient operations.

What will make you successful

Bringing strong financial, accounting, treasury or middle office knowledge with curiosity for financial instruments and commodity markets.
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data, investigate discrepancies and support quality decision-making.
Using advanced MS Excel and SAP FI/CO with process discipline, control awareness and attention to detail to deliver accurate outputs within tight timelines.
Collaborating confidently with stakeholders across functions and time zones while driving issues to resolution independently.
Communicating fluently in English.
