As a Digital Transformation Lead at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to deploy and embed the Procurement digital ecosystem across Nestrade categories, ensuring global digital solutions are adopted with impact and continuously improved. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Procurement, digital transformation, technology, business services, category and zone teams. How you’ll make an impact as a Digital Transformation Lead

• Leading the deployment of Procurement digital solutions across assigned categories, helping teams adopt tools that simplify work and create value.
• Coordinating clear deployment plans, milestones and governance so digital initiatives are delivered with quality and consistency.
• Driving adoption of digital tools, processes and ways of working that enable Procurement teams to work more efficiently and confidently.
• Connecting global priorities with category needs, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and engaged throughout the transformation journey.
• Monitoring progress, risks and opportunities so deployment stays on track and teams can realize measurable benefits.
• Gathering feedback and business requirements to improve the digital ecosystem and strengthen long-term adoption across Procurement.

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong knowledge of Procurement, digital transformation, process improvement or change management to turn strategy into practical deployment.
• Applying project management skills to organize priorities, track milestones, manage risks and drive delivery across complex initiatives.
• Using your understanding of source-to-pay processes, Procurement tools and digital ways of working to support meaningful adoption.
• Collaborating across countries, categories and functions with clear communication and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
