Position summary

As the Global Procurement Manager – Nutraceuticals, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of this critical category worldwide. Reporting to the Global Category Leader, you will define the direction, objectives, and relevant success metrics, ensuring a seamless roadmap from strategy to implementation. You will leverage your expertise and influence to unlock business value, create competitive advantage, and lead transformation on a global scale.

A day in a life of a Global Procurement Manager – Nutraceuticals

• Define and implement a global category strategy that delivers measurable value across cost, risk, innovation, and sustainability.
• Drive value creation through TCO (Total Cost of ownership), risk mitigation, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
• Own supplier strategy, negotiations, and long-term partnerships at global level, and lead initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational resilience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain) to align procurement strategies with business needs
• Define and implement a global category strategy that delivers measurable value across cost, risk, innovation, and sustainability.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible sourcing standards globally

What makes you successful

• Proven experience leading global or regional procurement strategies for Ingredients, Standardized botanical extracts, scientifically complex raw materials in a multinational matrix organization
• Strong track record in supplier strategy, negotiations, and senior stakeholder influence
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation in complex environments.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
