As a Procurement Strategy and Transformation Project Lead at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to lead global strategic projects that shape procurement priorities, define success measures, and turn strategy into implementation. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with category leaders, procurement teams, business units and senior stakeholders. How you’ll make an impact as a Procurement Strategy and Transformation Project Lead
- Leading global procurement transformation projects across categories, regions and business units to deliver measurable value.
- Defining project direction, priorities and success measures that connect strategy with execution.
- Building high-performing project teams and partnerships that keep complex initiatives aligned and on track.
- Driving data-led insights that improve cost efficiency, supply security and sustainability outcomes.
- Challenging assumptions through benchmarking and innovative sourcing approaches that strengthen competitive advantage.
- Delivering global alignment by engaging procurement teams across Malaysia, Panama and Switzerland.
