Position Summary  
As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst, you will be an integral part of our international team, contributing to accelerate global strategic projects within the Procurement function. Your primary responsibility will be to drive performance and enhance organizational efficiency on critical projects that rotate every 6 to 12 months. A day in a life of a Senior Procurement Analyst 
Project Management:

•    Co-lead global strategic projects for spend categories (raw materials, packaging, technical, or services) or business units across Nestlé.
•    Define project strategies based on category or business unit requirements, deliverables, and governance.
•    Manage project timelines, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and deliverables are completed on time.
•    Collaborate with category leaders and managers to develop global procurement strategies.
Analytics:
•    Develop analytical solutions to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements, cost efficiency and supply assurance.
•    Proactively seek innovative solutions to support stakeholders in developing robust sourcing strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.
•    Support the implementation of business solutions and measure their impact on the organization.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
•    Cultivate relationships and establish governance structures with stakeholders to plan and achieve common project objectives.
•    Effectively communicate project updates to all levels of the organization, including senior management.
•    Foster collaboration with team members across our three procurement hubs in Malaysia, Panama, and Switzerland.
•    Build a comprehensive stakeholder network to expedite project execution and advance your career.


What Makes You Successful?
•    University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. •    3+ years of experience in procurement (category management preferred), consulting, business analytics, or project management.
•    Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
•    Excellent project management abilities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
•    Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
