Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly competent Regional Procurement Manager – E-Commerce Logistics (Parcel) based in Panama City, responsible for managing the commercial activities for E-Commerce Parcel Delivery Services.
Reporting directly to the Global Category Lead, you will be responsible for implementing the category strategy for spends in scope on a global level, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies.

A day in the life of Regional Procurement Manager - E-Commerce Logistics:
• Contribute to global sourcing strategy with regional inputs, implementation and communication plan and supplier management plan.
• Identify appropriate suppliers for the spend category selected in collaboration with markets and HQ functions.
• Monitor and communicate around industry trends, standards, cost drivers and innovation.
• Lower Total Cost of Ownership.
• Ensure that all the key suppliers within the spend category in charge completely adhere to Nestlé standards (Responsible sourcing, Reverse factoring, SHE certifications).
• Be able to manage innovation with suppliers and/or integrate their innovation into Nestle.
• Ensure alignment with Supply Chain functions.
What Will Make You Successful:
• University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Proven success over a sustained period in delivering competitive advantage to the business within a global environment through development and implementation of sourcing strategies in logistics, ideally with experience in e-commerce (e.g. postal deliveries, mail deliveries, home deliveries, commercial deliveries, B2B, etc.)
• Ability to successfully lead projects and implement change.
• Demonstrated abilities in risk management, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations.
• Fluency in English, another language will be an asset.
