Position Summary

Reporting to the Demand Manager, your role is to improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan through insights derived from internal alignment with business stakeholders and external collaboration with customers.

What will make you successful

Degree-qualified with at least 3 years demand and supply planning experience ideally within the FMCG industry
You will have the ability to successfully drive and deliver projects, and understand end-to-end processes
SAP and APO will be highly desirable and advanced Excel skills a must, whilst clear and effective communication skills are necessary.
Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills
High Level of Leadership skills
The right person must be proactive, thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.
You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
You will already have what it takes to manage financial data, calculate demand, and refine and improve our processes.
You’ll need strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
