We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our Nespresso Marketing team located in Parnell on a 12 month maternity leave cover contract until mid April 2023.

Will support the business to deliver commercial results through the management of the customer activations and communication strategies. Reporting to the Customer Experience and Insights Manger, you will be someone who has strong experience in managing campaigns, reporting and analysing CRM KPIs, as well as the execution of CRM communications plans. You will assist in bringing Nespresso stories to life through direct marketing, ensuring Nespresso is positioned as the ‘ultimate coffee experience’ while delighting our customers. The ideal candidate will have a Minimum 3+ years in Campaign Marketing or CRM and experience in direct marketing and end to end management of direct marketing campaigns, segmentation analysis and optimisation. The ability to interpret large amounts of data from various data sources and deliver conclusive and insightful trends, with solid experience in making recommendations to management is essential for this role. Marketing experience gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. Your main responsibilities will include;
- Managing end to end development, execution and monitoring of New Zealand specific campaigns. This includes liaison with omni-channel leads, IS, supply chain and logistics teams. You will also directly manage the relationship with our mail house partners
- Outlining the customer targeting strategy, based on learnings from past campaigns/ test and learn approach
- Creative development and production of eDM and DM, in collaboration with creative agency and mailhouse partners
- Analysing and identifying trends in the customer active base (including e.g. customer attrition, consumption, passivity, channel mixity) and propose corrective actions
- Reporting and forecasting New Zealand CRM KPIs
- CRM campaign post analysis for New Zealand specific campaigns, product launches and/or promotions
