Position Summary
Nestlé Professional has a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble Coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees.
You will manage a territory of segmented customers, resulting in the measurable acquisition and development of new and existing business.
A day in the life of...
Reporting into the Field Sales Manager, you will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the Nestle Professional team to assist you to create and grow your territory.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Consistently managing existing customers by developing and execution of sales strategies
• Creating and developing a new customer base.
• Actively manage ROI of Beverage Solutions customers.
• Delivering to sales KPI’s
• Work with market leading customers and brands
• Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
Are you a fit?
Outgoing, approachable sales focused and passionate about what you eat, as you manage the business relationships with our various customers.
• You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with customers.
• As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
• Ideally you will come from a food services or food sales background.
• Diverse and varied role where no two days are the same.
• This is an autonomous role so drive and resilience are key.
