We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Activations Executive to join our high-performing Nespresso Marketing team, located in Parnell. As a key player in our team, you'll ensure our campaigns and promotions shine across Retail and Trade. This position will support an ANZ market, which means you will work across both portfolios. You'll follow global guidelines and visual merchandising standards to boost our brand's visibility. Your mission is to live and breathe our brand values, focusing on customer satisfaction through availability, quality, efficiency, and employee care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Brand Consistency and guarantee that all Retail (boutiques) and Trade doors adhere to guidelines for Nespresso brand positioning and visibility during the launch of campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinating campaigns and promotions including coffee, machine and accessories, ensuring alignment with HQ and Marketing, including the development of signage, planograms, and communications to ensure exceptional execution.
- Coordinating and manage local production and POSM across Retail and Trade.
- Collaborate with marketing to support new product and activation events across Retail and Trade.
- Assist with any new boutique or pop-up set ups.
- Support with digital assets for Trade retailers and LAM to ensure online content is up-to-date and aligned with the communication plan.
- Manage a budget, purchase order administration and assist with related administrative requirements, including supplier setup and justification.
- Contributing to weekly meetings with Marketing teams, Commercial teams, and cross- functional project meetings.
- Coordination and supplier liaison and support.
We're seeking someone with a background in retail and/or trade marketing, shopper marketing, or design preferably within a retail setting. You'll need strong organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. We're looking for a growth-minded individual with a positive, can-do attitude who can take on tasks and execute them efficiently and to a high standard. Experience with premium brands would be a big plus!
