We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Support Analyst who …
Will join our B2C sales team and provide valuable support to the national operations of our sales network. You will lead our demonstration & sampling program, as well as managing the Trade Tools and reporting that goes with it. You will also provide timely administrative, analytical and logistical support to the Nespresso sales team (Retail and Trade) plus the wider business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, administrative and IT skills, and have experience working with data, analysing information and reports in a sales environment. This role is a great opportunity to build on your understanding of the sales environment and may suit someone who has either worked in a junior sales / retail role, or in a current merchandising/sales promoter position looking to take a different path. Your responsibilities will include;
- Leading the management of our demonstration and sampling program, liaising with external agencies and the Nespresso team regarding performance and forecasting
- Acting as a ‘super user’ of the various software systems to provide support and training to the team on current and new tools
- Creating monthly sales and market reports, and analyse trends in Nespresso trade sales and the competitor landscape
- Assist the Commercial Manager with Sales forecasting and budgeting
- Ad hoc administration and coordination of sales activities
