We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join our dynamic and creative Nespresso marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the business to deliver commercial results through the management of the customer life cycle programmes and select activations.

 

Reporting to the NZ Marketing Manager, You will be someone who has a strong experience in reporting and analysing CRM KPIs, as well as the execution of CRM communications plans.  You will assist in bringing Nespresso stories to life through direct marketing, ensuring Nespresso is positioned as the ‘ultimate coffee experience’ while delighting our Customers.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • CRM forecast modelling with a focus on growing the active club membership base.
  • Analyse and identify trends in the customer active base (including e.g. customer attrition, consumption, passivity, channel mixity)
  • Customer Life Cycle Management: Development of on-boarding and retention programmes.
  • Targeting and Segmentation: Development and extraction of target customer segments.

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to have the following experience and skills:

 

  • Minimum 5+ years in Direct Marketing or CRM
  • Experience with SQL and SPSS modeller
  • University Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area including Marketing/ Communications/ Business/ Commerce or related discipline
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data from various data platforms and deliver conclusive and insightful trends, with solid experience in making recommendations to management
  • Experience in direct marketing and end to end management of direct marketing campaigns, segmentation analysis and optimisation
  • Stakeholder management in a matrix organisation. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams based in New Zealand, Australia and HQ
  • Strong project management skills, Resilient, Energised by tough challenges
  • Marketing experience gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment (e.g. Cosmetics, Apparel and Accessories)

Ideally, the successful candidate will be energised by working in a busy fast-paced environment and is someone who is a natural born communicator. Your exceptional organisation skills allow you to easily multitask across several projects and you have a keen ability to draw actionable insights from data. You never lose sight of the bigger picture and your entrepreneurial spirit will assist in driving the brand’s success in New Zealand.
