The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Business Manager to join our team.
As a Customer Business Manager, you will be the key driver of strategic partnerships with our customers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
You will lead the execution of customer plans, deliver on agreed KPIs, and champion best practices across the team.

A day in the life of…
In this role, you will:
• Deliver Results: Ensure achievement of agreed customer targets and KPIs
• Plan & Execute: Implement, follow up, and update customer plans while driving excellence in execution through proactive planning, communication, and corrective actions.
• Build Relationships: Enhance and nurture productive business relationships beyond the Category Manager level, engaging cross-functional leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate & Share: Work closely with peer Key Account Managers and liaise with Marketing, CDT, Commercial Planning, Field Sales, and Supply Chain to drive customer-related initiatives and share best practices.
• Drive Insights: Anticipate trends, measure results consistently, and apply learnings to optimise performance.
What will make you successful…
• We are looking for an ideal candidate with a background in pharmacy account management, particularly in roles such as pharmacy account executive or account manager. While knowledge of managing alternative trade channels through distributors is preferred, it can also be acquired on the job.
• The selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with the assigned project leader and specific customer to facilitate the global sourcing of seasonal and everyday products through the Nestlé Global Supply Chain Group. (This will be on a needs basis).
• This role will suit someone with a minimum of 3-5 years senior sales experience.
• Working across multiple functions, you will thrive in a highly competitive commercial environment and possesses well developed planning and analytical skills as well as a passion to win.
• Strong financial acumen and a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is key, as is your knowledge of grocery and mass channels.
