Your Opportunity
We’re searching for a passionate, enthusiastic and intuitive Customer Business Manager to manage the Pet Store Retail and Online accounts.  With an interest in further developing your career in sales, your role will be responsible for achieving customer strategy through the development and execution of customer plans, and collaborative partnerships.

 
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement annual customer plans aligned with business and customer
•    Facilitates excellence in execution in the business
•    Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed targets and KPIs
•    Adheres to all company principles and policies
 

About You
Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, you will enjoy working as part of a close knit team as you manage the Purina NZ relationship with the customers. The successful candidate will have account management experience in a sales role ideally within FMCG.  You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customers. People management experience is highly regarded. As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt communicative style with stakeholders. 

It doesn’t take too much insight to see that getting on board with a global company is going to give your career some serious stride. We are a leader in FMCG, and can provide global careers for those that have the talent and ambition to achieve it.
