Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Demand Manager, your role is to improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan through insights derived from internal alignment with business stakeholders and external collaboration with customers.

You will drive the commercial business plan and provide a critical input into the supply and production processes. You will be responsible for improving the quality and reliability of the demand plan through insights derived from internal alignment with business stakeholders and external collaboration with customers.     
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of our most important portfolios, where you will work within a dynamic environment, enjoy high-visibility of the role and overcome the challenges associated with managing an extensive supply chain with broad commercial exposure.                                                                                                                      

 

Key Responsibilities include:
•    Maintain an accurate product level demand plan over an 18 month horizon in APO
•    Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) & Bias improvement in support of improving customer on-time in-full requirements and optimising supply chain costs
•    Provide category and customer insights to enrich the (statistical) forecast models
•    Effectively collaborate across the business to bring new products to market
•    Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to our commercial and supply planning teams

What will make you successful


•    Degree-qualified with at least 3 years demand and supply planning experience ideally within the FMCG industry
•    You will have the ability to successfully drive and deliver projects, and understand end-to-end processes
•    SAP and APO will be highly desirable and advanced Excel skills a must, whilst clear and effective communication skills are necessary.
•    Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills
•    High Level of Leadership skills
•    The right person must be proactive, thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.
•    You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
•    You will already have what it takes to manage financial data, calculate demand, and refine and improve our processes.
•    You’ll need strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
