Your Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Digital Acceleration Manager to be the catalyst in driving eBusiness results within the New Zealand F&B business.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing the eBusiness strategy, the data strategy, and optimising search and growing our eBusiness sales through new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:


• Lead the development of the eBusiness Strategy in partnership with the domestic brand team focused on  Nestle brands and products: Kit Kat, Maggi, Nescafe, Milo, OKD, Scorched Almonds, Milky Bar, Starbucks
• Develop and implement the data strategy for lead brands, ensuring quality data capture that drives improved brand performance (Brand Love, Comms Engagement)
• Develop and implement the eRetailer Pipeline with existing customers within the Grocery Channel, including  Woolworths, New World, Pakn'Save, TWG for priority brands & SKU's, with the right range, right pack and right price for Channel
• Develop and implement the eRetailer Pipeline with new and potential customers including Mighty Ape, Costco and any new market entrants, with the right range, right pack and right price for Channel
• Establish best in class SEO | SEM strategies for owned and retailer sites to maximise digital presence for key brands
• 6. Implement best in class content for owned and retailer sites to maximise digital presence for Nestle F&B brands
• Partner the marketing team to ensure marketing plans/initiatives incorporate digital and e-Commerce as key components
• Partner with the brand teams to execute powerful data driven digital initiatives including website, eCRM, advocacy etc
• Ensure all digital activities are compliant with Nestle guidelines and Australia / New Zealand legal requirements

About You
Our ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and executional marketing and brand communications capability and background, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. You will be well versed in digital media basics (planning and buying and integration). You will also have a strong understanding of use of best practice digital marketing tools and services as well be well versed in the trends and innovations with the marketing realm and able to bring relevant insights and best practices into the business.
Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role as you will need to be able to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
