A day in the life…
In this role, you will be required to:
- Further develop a Customer Centric relationship
- Create and execute with your team the annual plan based on business priorities
- Monitor and report results against the priorities
- Work with broader commercial teams, including Marketing and Category Development to ensure market activities are developed and executed
- Engage with fellow Heads of Customers and National Field Manager on best-in-class activities to differentiate your customer
- Lead and develop the Foodstuffs North Island sales team
- Be accountable to your P&L
What will make you successful…
- The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery; you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people.
- You’ll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have outstanding presentation skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
- Direct and indirect people management experience.
