Your Opportunity

An opportunity exists within our Sales Finance team for an experienced Management Accountant to join the business. This is a newly created position supporting our NZ Sales Division, reporting to the Commercial Analyst - Sales.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely and accurate analysis of all Business Selling Expenses (BSE) to highlight gaps                   
  • BSE Dynamic Forecasts are reviewed, analysed and submitted per timetable                 
  • Monthly tracking of merchandiser related expenses are sent to Merchandiser Manager and gaps are highlighted for corrective action
  • Accurate calculation and timely submission of Sales Incentive Programme Payments            
  • Review and update relevant internal control guidelines and cascade to Sales Team
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedure for Sales Finance Team
  • Manage trade spend claims and drive resolution of dispute claims through working with relevant sales partners (i.e.  Key Account Managers, Territory Managers etc)
  • Analytical adhoc tasks

 

About You

You will be highly analytical, have good attention to detail, be proactive but also process driven.  You will have strong technical skills and have intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP and knowledge of CRM7 would be beneficial

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Accounting, Economics or Business, be working towards CPA or be CA qualified and will have at least 2 years’ experience in management accounting or costings.
