We have a unique opportunity for a Product Manager to join our high-performing Nespresso Marketing team in Parnell, Auckland.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Manager will take ownership of the planning of all activities and category management for the machines portfolio across the full omni-channel mix, ensuring go-to-market activities are implemented according to best practice and in line with our brand and commercial objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Category management and forecasting of Machines
  • Project management of all machine offers, campaigns and launches
  • Strategic management of the Original Line system, whilst identifying new growth opportunities to fuel future growth ambitions
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales reviews with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitor activity and drive actions
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with HQ, the Australian marketing team and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of the activation plans

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to have the following experience and skills:

 

  • A strong understanding of business objectives and commercials
  • A broad understanding of brand marketing and CRM marketing
  • Be highly organised and process-oriented to facilitate strong project management with the cross-functional team
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Resilience and ability to ‘stay the course’

 

The successful candidate will be degree qualified, with a have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing with demonstrable Product Management experience. You will be passionate and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
