Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Field Operations Team.

A day in the life of...

 

In this fast-paced environment your key responsibilities will include:

•    Accurate and timely administration support for Field Sales Manager and the Field team.
•    Preparation of presentations, reports and correspondence as required
•    Submit and system access forms/hardware requests for merchandiser new starters
•    Raise purchase orders for regional expenses and track expenses against budget.
•    Co-ordinate reginal sales meetings each month, connecting with all key stakeholders.
•    Coordinating and consolidating the Sales Team’s required performance tracking data and administration
•    Relief Territory Management when required

What will make you successful

 

  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • Effective time management and proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to proof read and edit documents
  • Ability to work autonomously and with flexibility
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
